It's currently 6.42pm on a Wednesday evening and I'm sat here, tapping my fingers, desperately searching for something to keep me from raiding the fridge for the fourth time in fifteen minutes. Hi, I'm Shannon, a 19 year old journalism student just starting my first week of Uni. I'm currently nursing a week-long hangover (freshers actually ruined me!) so I don't really feel up to reading the 19673482 books I've been assigned to read, but still I feel should do something related to my course, even in my fragile state (top student!!!) so I have decided to start this blog as a way to keep me in the practise of writing on a regular basis. Hopefully one day I may become fairly decent at it. Anyway, expect pointless posts, random lyrics and lots of photos of my cat. PS. I'm the brunette. :)
