Yet another DIY post. I don't post anything for the best part of a month and now you get three posts in one night you lucky devils! ha. I was on the hunt for a pair of short shorts and I didn't have to look far as every high street shop had racks of them. I found a perfect pair in Topshop but couldn't justify spending £40 for so little material (scrounging student alert!) So when I strolled in to my local charity shop and found an uber sexy pair of 80s jean, similar to these, for a mere £3 I had to snap them up! Although I thought they were adorable as they were, I just didn't think I'd be able to pull them off. So out came the scissors again and....

This attempt with the scissors was a bit more successful! I didn't want to sew on denim as I didn't want the stitches to show so I used hem webbing to add some roll ups for a vintage look. They are VERY short, but everyone loves a short short right?
That's a good idea of using hem webbing! Interesting post!
